Is it just my PC, or has the formatting on LJ gone arse-reamingly wrong for no reason at all?

The top bar thingy (not getting too technical, am I) looks weird on my browser, being bigger and rougher looking than normal. Time was we would have got two weeks free time for things like this but those days are well gone!
