I am late going to work since today was the one the landlords picked to send around the handyman to quote for repairs. Couldn't be bothered these last months, but their new tenants will be the beneficiaries.
Still, as long as we get the deposit back...
Fingers crossed and touch wood we complete today. Squeaky bum time.
And finally, this hot weather will be the death of me. Hates it my Precious; hates it!

westernind that it’s all gone through at their end, so ellefurtle and I must be official, bonafide homeowners (or at least mortgage payers).
