Leaden
Today is turning out to be a ‘can’t focus’ day.
I didn’t sleep very well last night; I kept waking up and dozing off again so by mid morning I was already tired and it’s getting no better. Even with my glasses on everything looks slightly fuzzy and the warm, dry atmosphere of the office taken with the mind-reaming boredom of the place means that the day is crawling along at funereal pace.
I think I shall slope off home as early as I can arrange today and quietly write it off.
