Found by sack_boy and reposted here for your delectation: Regenerations; what appears to be a (to my ears) fairly seamless mixing together of the various arrangements of a certain theme tune for all ten incarnations of our favourite Time Lord...

Seems to prefer Quicktime, but you may be able to wrassle it into another player. Or not.

That said, I have a soft spot for the Pertwee era version, with its rather strident pom-de-pom!
