I know the Sontarans have been touted as the returning baddies for season 4, but like you I have a suspicion that the Time Lords will be returning at some point.
I really wanted to dislike her. But I didn't. And then they took the masterful step of putting that bloody blue peter presenter in the companion role. And she became my favourite companion evre (except for Turlogh and Romana). Genius work by RTD.

Who can 'do' parallel universes? The Time Lords. Which I reckon will be the season 4 'big bad'.
