I shall most probably be offline for the next few evenings while I try to find my Windows Licence number without which I cannot re-install Windows 98.

So much for a few seconds installing a packet reading application, but thank God for rescue disks.

Now, I REALLY need to find that Licence Agreement.

Thank you. It was installing that damned application that caused the trouble.

Without the resuce disk I can't even get the damned thing to boot up in safe mode.
