Wired for weird

Now I realise that finding and posting the most bizarre things that can be found on the web is a task normally undertaken by [livejournal.com profile] captainweasel, but I think that for once I got there first:

Subservient Chicken, anyone?

This is easily the oddest non-rude item I have ever seen online.

God help us.

That has to be one of the most downright disturbing (yet, hilariously funny) things that I've ever come across.

You have surpassed yourself, Sir Brian.

yep, seen this one ... it is just totally .. odd..

Odd but quite funny, although I'll admit to being easily amused by everything that passes my way......

However the sight of a grown man/woman in a chicken costume who is willing enough to dance in front of a camera for the viewing pleasures of people like you or I, is enough to keep one laughing long after the original shock hits one.

Dear God! He even bent over when requested!

Really?

*tries it*

That is wrong. But funny.....

I wonder what he does when commanded to "roast"?

[identity profile] ephraim.livejournal.com 2004-04-30 04:49 am (UTC)(link)
Predictably - I tried this first...

He doesn't actually react to it. Stupid chicken.

He did however sit and dance on command.

I find this pretty damned disturbing.

Haven't tried that. Guess I'll have to give it a whirl.

Re: Sorry chaps!

Why sorry?

The Burger King logo is clearly displayed before the chicken itself loads up. Doesn't alter the fact that the site is bizarre.

It's a shame that it's a bit of viral marketing for a large corporation.

It's still fun and bizarre and a very clever bit of programming.

That kept me entertained for a surprisingly large amount of time. :)
