I am peering around cautiously as I type this.

You see, gentle reader, I am at work, and am supposed to be busy. But I have looked at my list of things to do before I clear off for my Easter hols tomorrow evening, and the list is cheerily short. There are, in fact a couple of Big Jobs (fnar) on it, but those do not have to be finished until after Easter. Of the current stuff, it is mainly easy to do clear off the desk crap.

And stuff I can delegate to lackey.

Excellent.

Best get back to it now, though.

Get it finished and do something more interesting disguised under the thin veneer of work.

Somehow, by one wheeze or another I have managed to get to the end of my list of character sheets for NWO. (Admittedly because of jib-witchetty amounts of work at er... work, [livejournal.com profile] pax_draconis, leisure writer and man of mystery, nabbed two or three to take the strain off).

Some were better than others and I was particularly proud of one (may be two) of them; a couple I wish I had had better ideas for.

Never mind. I shall have to remember to download a few on to ye borrowed laptop so I can add in additional plot points which have developed since we started this thing all those months ago.

Shame on you if you haven't arranged to play. We have a corking set of weasely plots of supreme nastiness and evil.

Can't wait until June now. See the player scum lovely people who play our games run around like headless chickens for a weekend.

Unless, of course it's like the Thebes event where they spontaneously rewrote the plot line in some horrible gestalt manner and had the refs running around like headless chickens.

It ain't supposed to be like that. What other fun do we writers get?
