I am the egg man

For the first time in at least ten, and probably fifteen years I have shaved my beard off. All of it. The winter pelt usually either gets heavily trimmed back to little more than a stubble and then allowed to grow back a little, or more usually of late, shaved into a goatee.

This time, however, the lot has gone. The dimpled chin is on show for the first time in many a moon. This is the first time that I've shaved it all off at the same time as getting the old number one clippers out on the pate.

My head is cold.

And looks like an egg.

I am the eggman
They are the eggmen
I am the walrus
