Friday morning

First order of business, bonne anniversaire (quoth he with pretension) to novembergirl. Have a good one, Anita.

Also, following jfs's lead and with no independent evidence, happy birthday too, to kneeshooter. Ditto the good one, etc etc.

We are hoping that we can get our draft Determination issued for consultation today. I am not holding my breath. I don't think it's wise that I do anyway. I think the stress has been creeping up on me without me realising; my heart was racing last night just as I went to bed, and although I wouldn't go so far to call it an anxiety attack, there was a point, standing on the Victoria Line tube this morning, that I felt the adrenaline going round for no obvious reason.

The weekend is arriving just in time.
