Chilly

The plan was to pick cherries from our tree today, but it's barely let up raining for more than ten or fifteen minutes at a time. And it's deathly chilly, too. Well, cold for mid June: 12c does not a heatwave make once January has passed.

So having played some Warcrack, my Kindle and I are lounging on the sofa with a cup tea and my big blue blanky. I shall see if I can get a bit further along with The Adventures of Huckleberry Finn, if not, I may doze. It is Sunday after all.
