The pictures are held on the LJ servers... ...Hum, Your "Now let me see... / George Burns" icon appears odd on the "view all userpics". the others look, well, as you would expect, i.e. some distincly odd, but all well-formed.

There is information about the userpic issue here. I think they can get the correct ones back (not my area, but I think that's what they do). However, if you still have the older one, uploading it again would be faster.
