For reasons I can only guess at, there are cows on the roof of the Phoenix, the pub behind our office.

Since you would be forgiven for thinking I am making this up...

Putting cows on top of buildings is fairly normal practice.
It is known as art.

There will be many all over the city. One year they were in Manchester and there were challenges to the general public to try and find them all.

I've seen them in other cities too - tempted to say they were in Budapest one year.

They come in all different colours. I've seen orange ones and there was once a yellow one with big green spots on Princes Street in Edinburgh.
