I found it by Google image search on www.evilology.net - I don't know how accurate it is, but it seems right.

It has the look of the Brian Bolland version of the Joker...

The Times gives Ben Afflek a very good write up in Hollywoodland and points out that as unbelievable as it seems the film drags when he's not in the scene.
