Hot Fuzz
We three residents of the Athenaeum Club nipped out to see Hot Fuzz tonight. It went down very well, though I think I enjoyed it rather more than ![[livejournal.com profile]](https://www.dreamwidth.org/img/external/lj-userinfo.gif)
colonel_maxim or ellefurtle. A slow few minutes about 2/3 of the way in before it all kicks off again, I found it better than Shaun of the Dead, though my compadres announced it "smile out loud" rather than laugh out loud.
Still, I enjoyed it and it will grace my DVD collection in due course.
Note the restrained way in which I avoided anything that looks even vaguely spoilerish?
