Bouncy Castle

Ah, just in to the office a bit late having stopped off at the quack's for the regular bimonthly tyre change and windscreen wash.

For the 12th week in a row the old Beep* is operating within normal parameters, Captain. At 139/87 it is on the high side of normal, but still normal. Of course, I have tried giving up smoking before. When I try that, I normally go into seclusion for a few days, and my evil twin brother covers my day-to-day routine.

Oh, Dear God.

I can cut down on the salt. I shall have to increase my intake of the good stuff to counteract the fact that I cannot give up the bad stuff...
