And stretch...

I have known for some years that I am not a morning person.

Although the clocks went forward on Sunday morning and I had yesterday off, I think that I am still jet lagged by the change to BST this morning. I mean, my body thinks it’s getting up at 6am. Perversely, it doesn’t think it’s going to bed an hour earlier, so I just want to curl up and sleep. I am not sure that my caffeine-free office regime is up to this right now. I may have to renege on that deal with a view to curtailing the urge to snore at the keyboard.

I have a horrible feeling I may not be an afternoon person, either.

i hate hate hate the leap ahead time change. i'm totally with you on not being a morning person and losing that precious hour of sleep is like the worst jet lag. i find it takes at least a week to get over it properly.

Couldn´t agree more. But, they just stole me an hour of my life, didn´t they?? I can never get it right. Am for the more daylight but it´s raining so what´s this all for? I´ll take the first hibernation pill on sale anyway.

The more you think about it the worse it gets.It means that spring is here and we can look forward to balmy evenings and torrential rain, hot sunny days and sweaty hot nights and suddenly green day will have flown by and autumn will be knocking on the door. Come on people, lets make the most of every precious day!
