Blog Update

The world of blogging has come a long way since I started my old blog back in July 2002.

Trying to sort out the template is proving to be a pain - stuff just shifts around randomly and I am getting fed up with it. I think that I shall delete the old blog and start again. Or maybe leave it where it is and start again in a new blog on the same site.

In the meantime, I suppose I ought to do some work.

You know, I was thinking of doing the same thing just last week. The main thing that dissuaded me, though, was losing the blogs I have on my present site. Most of it is waffle, but still, there's a modest history here...

Starting all over again has its attractions, but what is the point? May as well go to another blog site to make a new start.

Then I thought, nah, bollocks. This is convenient, don't have to write if I've nothing to say, and it's nice to keep up with my new pals. Also, I really like the layout I finally settled on, at The Groove Shack. It's bright and bold.

So. Nah, bollocks.

Just to be clear, I wasn't talking about abandoning or deleting LJ. I'm keeping that for all my general waffling as I have done these past three years.

No, I had a different blog on Blogger.com which fell into disuse nearly three years ago. As it happens, I have deleted it and all record of the 7,000+ visits it received. Tonight I start afresh at then same address.
