I have just received an email with the tracking number for the leather jacket I ordered a month ago today after a protracted exchange of emails.

I should have it by Tuesday, if I can contain myself until then!

I hope it turns out to be worth the wait. You'd better not wear it when I see you, though, or you'll have to endure me saluting every few minutes and saying "Yar vole hair Kapitan Von Scheisskopf, vo ist der torpedo tuben, fur gersplatten der Englander?"

In that case I shall wear my Lufthansa flying jacket and you can say something along the lines of "Haben sie droppen der gebomben on England, Mein Skvadron Leader?"
