Movie news; and why not?

And it's been done by fans, not by the professionals. After the disasters that are the more recent attempts to make a Batman movie, someone called Sandy Collora premiered this 8 minute short at the San Diego Comic-Con.
One for the future, maybe?
In the meantime, those of you who read the odd comic book will know and appreciate the art of Dave McKean.
In a move that may have almost been inspired solely to please
pax_draconis, he is directing a movie called Mirrormask, in conjunction with Neil Gaiman and Henson Productions.
No details as yet, and only one picture from the production set for release sometime in 2004:
