Ah, it's arrived.

I was beginning to think it was an intarweb mirage, but having waited 10 days and then cancelled from Play.com (10 days is too long to wait for 48 hour delivery), and then re-ordered from Virginmegastore.com on Monday, it has arrived.

The best band of the '70s, Deaf School, and I now have their Anthology. As soon as the Brian Matthews show has finished on Radio 2, I shall be blasting this gem out. No doubt to the consternation of the Polish Brigadetm, but hey. I don't care.

And The Evanescence CDs have arrived from [livejournal.com profile] maleghast (thanks, Ol), so I have heaps of listening to do.

Just as well, really, since the bank informs me I have no money left until payday next Friday, so the £50 on my wallet will have to do.

Grumble.

I don't know what it is about these new LJ styles, but a number of you people out there have gone for them.

And mighty impressive they look, too. Except that the print on about half of them is sooo tiny, it would defeat Superman's microscopic vision.

I've set my LJ to display comments to these journals in the basic style I use, but if I post a comment and then follow the link to see it's arrived properly, I get the tiny, tiny print and have to go back to my own journal to read it.
