What, January already?

Back to work, tra-la, and no time to think.

I don't quite know why, but we seem to be working to a series of schedules that mean yesterday is too late.

I reckon I shall have to get in a little earlier tomorrow so that I can hammer out a quick agenda and discussion document for a meeting we are having on Monday.

Why early, you ask?

Well, tomorrow we have our divisional new year celebration. This is when we have what should have been the Christmas do, but because of the timetable, cannot have in December.

It never quite feels right, somehow, having a do in January (we had it just before Easter, a couple of years ago). Nonetheless, we're going to Belgo in Covent Garden quite early, and we're not expected back for the afternoon. So all is not lost.

Anyway. Belgo Centraal. What to have? Just to annoy the Flemish, the whole menu is in French.

Moules Provençales, anyone?

Mmmm. Chewy.
