The secret of NWO writing
Monday, October 31st, 2005 01:05 pmAha!
I have rediscovered the secret of writing character sheets for NWO.
You must be bored at work, with a deadline looming, but enough spare time to convince yourself that you can put off what you are supposed to be doing. This creates an environment whereby the writing of a character sheet creates an illicit thrill, because you really, really ought to be doing what you are paid for, but are not.
Combine this with the need to keep an eye out for a roving boss who is far more worried about the deadline than you are, and suddenly the creative juices are flowing like mad.
The upshot of all this is that I have to get some of it down because I cannot depend upon staying in this mood when I get home tonight.
