Evening

Went out for after work drinks as advertised. As usual, didn't want to go and as usual ended up quite enjoying myself.

That said I'm not used to beer much these days and maybe a pint less would have sufficed. As it is, even after a shower I feel a little bleurgh and the usually infallible cheese toasties and coffee seem to have done little to settle the growling of my gizzard which is currently cowering with bad grace under the onslaught of a timely Remegel.

Off to bed shortly. Hopefully all will be normal again shortly.
