Shining steel
Saturday, July 14th, 2007 11:02 pmCleaning the rust off a pair of articulated steel gauntlets is harder than you have ever imagined.
No, really.
It will take more elbow grease, more WD-40 and at least one more scouring sponge, but they are now mainly metallic grey rather than the rust red they were developing into.
In other news, after an anxious wait over Friday 13th, during which nothing was heard of our flightless waterfowl, I have received further intelligence. But that will be posted in the morning. Suffice it to say that those of you who know Morgan will never view him with quite the same eyes in future: I shall use the words "duck press" and leave it there for you to speculate!
