Brit Awierds
Wednesday, February 17th, 2010 11:39 amSo there we are: The Brit Awards over for another year. Not that I watch them, or indeed particularly care you understand, but it’s difficult to miss them since they are a cheap and easy way of filling up the BBC News webpages.
On Twitter @reelmolesworth amused me no end by pointing out that Lady Gaga had arrived impersonating a Cornetto and it is hard to argue with that assessment:

Lady Gaga: You go too far!
She was the big winner of the night with three awards, it seems. I had vaguely hoped that Florence and the Machine might have won more than one award, not because she is an especial favourite, but because anyone who is summed up thusly: Florence is a pretty good benchmark for what it would look like if God came to earth and turned all the muppets into humans deserves something.
