Happy New Year

caddymanIt is only 25 minutes past midnight on the morning of 31 December as I write this, but I am going to Shropshire for the New Year and by all reports there is no longer an internet connection at my sister's place; just another consequence of the in-law walking out on her.
So, assuming that I don't have time in the morning, and assuming that reports of their internet demise are correct, I shall be off line until at least Saturday evening, perhaps Sunday morning. That being the case, I should like to take this opportunity to state that it is my fervent hope that you all have a Happy New Year, and I'd like to be the very first to wish you a happy and prosperous 2010. I bet I am, too.
Right, now to get back to ripping The Best of Toyah to my iPod, God help me.
