Further ramblings of a self-made pauper

I've had to do a lot of crap like this myself. I wish I could give you a fool-proof solution but I can't. Helpful bunny, aren't I?! What I usually do is try to say as little as possible with as many words as possible and insist on "reiterating" things as much as possible. Salvage what you can of what you have and spin it out for as long as possible. Surely that's what civil servants are supposed to do ;-)
