caddymanToday, after getting home early for games night, I nipped into Waitrose and bought the fixin's for blancmange in an attempt to learn from Sunday's sad failure.
I am pleased to report that blommonge#2 was a success. Less cornflour, a little more sugar and 100g of 62% cocoa dark chocolate plus a dash of chocolate essence.
The Furtle smile told me it was right.
