I am tired again. It’s a self-inflicted tiredness to be sure, but tiredness nonetheless. I really must train myself to get to sleep earlier during the week. Even twenty years ago, there was a limit to the amount of candle-burning I could manage; these days the candles are smaller and in shorter supply. The head says 27; the body would beg to differ. I have a bit of a headache, too.
