I need a title

caddymanThe Karma Pixies are employing gravity to make my life miserable (with a small ‘m’) this afternoon.
I have had one digestive biscuit1 splodge on my keyboard, another on my desk and a third splat on the floor. Admittedly none of this would have happened if I hadn’t dunked them in my coffee first, but even so; three kamikaze biscuits in succession?
Outrageous.
I am finding it difficult to concentrate today. I don’t know why, but I do know that it is one of those days where if I was at home I should be staring down fluff bunnies and opening and closing desk drawers, making umpteen cups of coffee (doing that anyway) all in any old attempt to burn off time. I think I shall give it another half hour or so and then disappear off. I shall wander up the road and see if I can find a cheap aerial splitter. That sounds far more fun than hanging around here.
My email conversation about the leather jacket continues; they want me to order it through the website, the website won’t allow me to order the size I want and there is no room for comments and so it goes around. My enthusiasm for the entire exercise is beginning to wane as like a 1960s cartoon, I see the same backgrounds going round past me time after time.
1I can’t be bothered to debate the merits of UK and Pacific Commonwealth usage versus North American usage. Just assume I mean “cookie” if needs be.

I typed 'that's cool' and thought "Good grief I sound like my granddaughter!" but I was saying it first, There used to be a jazz evening at the youth club I went to in 1960 (I heard that snigger) and just once they had a trio from Cardiff - and that's what they all said so we said it too. That'll teach me to drink proper coffee at 11pm and set off the old palpitations.
