My 2 ‘o’clock meeting was cancelled; I was looking forward to that. Not, I hasten to add, because it would be particularly interesting, but because it would have got me away from my desk for about an hour while I am comparatively under loaded.
I can guarantee that none of the meetings scheduled for October when I shall be snowed under will be cancelled. Life, eh? Tch.
