caddymanIn trying to sort out a payment problem with one of our authorities, I have had to deal directly with a man who is patronising, supercilious, condescending, pedantic and officious. The negative aspects of his personality haven’t manifested themselves yet.
I shall be very glad when today has ended. Trying to sort this out, trying to cover the increasing howls from councils as they work their way through the draft determination, providing lines covering emotive disinformation from councillors (when the situation is quite appalling enough, without emotive inaccuracy), is really quite tiring.
