Can't win

On my way into work this morning, I was reflecting on the fact that I felt rather too full and that maybe I should be careful to eat a little less cerial at breakfast.

By the time I had got to Victoria, the over-fullness (ahem) had gone and all was well.

A little over two and a half hours further down the line and I am bloody ravenous. Is there no happy medium?

While I probably don't want to know, I am an insanely curious person, so do you mean your train had a loo on it, one good burp and all was better, or you threw up on a tramp?

Nothing so interesting, I'm afraid. It had clearly just shifted from tum to giblets for further consideration by the system.

I was 'ahem'-ing the use of 'over fullness' which I am not sure is English.

Throwing up on a tramp would have been more interesting and less noticeable.

On the actual problem, the theory is to eat little and often isn't it? So the only answer is fruit. I guess you could substitute rivita or cardboard, if you don't like fruit, but I'd say, fruit.

Couldn't help myself, I played her in a school play. On the last night we replaced the fake martinis with real vodka -- oo, we were daring.

Sounds like you need to eat a cereal with a lower glycemic index.
