Bad news: you can't use Bluetooth on the iPhone on OS2.2.1 to do anything other than connect to a headset.
Good news 1: OS 3.0 addresses that
Good news 2: you can turn anything into a ringtone; can't remember off the top of my head how, bu google should show you how. It's something to do with converting an mp3, say, and saving as a tone. ITunes does the rest. Remind me toMorrow and I'll show you how.
