I had to ask for my hand back on the way to lunch in order to hoist the shorts that used be more than slightly uncomfortable back up to a __decent__ height; was a very pleasant surprise, so I know how you must be enjoying the ninja weightloss ;-)

Nothing glorious about this weather, my girls hate it nearly as much as the cold or the wet. Well done on the inch loss. It is probably caused by exercise. There I said it, that dreadful word, the one that Mr M hates nearly as much as diet.
