My eyes look red from the inside, so God knows what they will look like to everyone else...

This is the first time for 2 weeks that I've had to drag myself out of my pit for anything more strenuous than a sprint to the loo. It doesn't take long to acclimatise to time off work, does it?

I'm hoping that the coffee will kick in shortly...
