Not as stringy for a start.
Mind you, it's not stopping me from scarfing the beef biltong like it's going out of fashion.
God, it's spicy. I wonder how spicy it would be if the old tongue wasn't deadened with nicotine...?

The last batch I fed Caddy with came from Selfridges food hall and was really rather good.
Will try the Putney / Watford versions next time I'm that lost.
