One of the things I have to address on my 'Evidence Form' in the job selection process is 'Deployability'.
The guidance stresses that it is not a measure of how many posts we have held, but - briefly, I have to demonstrate 'adaptability', 'initiative' and 'collaborative behaviour'. It gives a little more detail on each of these.
Below, there is a little, badly written note seemingly in pidgin English, doubtless the result of some poor editing:
I am assuming that it won't count if someone was assessed as, "Actually a bit crap at the job, but a really snappy dresser".
