I seem to have broken my Oyster Card. Who knew it was possible?

According to the TFL website it should be reasonably simple to sort out (I have over a month left on my annual Gold Card registered to it). What's the betting that I end up in some kind of Death Match with TFL, with a Karma Pixie as referee?

I've broken two in the past. They just give up the ghost. It's (relatively) easy to sort out. You might have to fill in a form...
