caddymanAh, I shouldn’t grumble as often and as quickly as I do (but I can’t help myself; I do like a good grumble).
A couple of days ago I was mithered by the inadequacies of the office IT (as is so often the case) and by the equally brain numbing logic loops that my iPhone was getting into while I tried to buy tickets online for Hugh Laurie’s gig at the Hammersmith Apollo in July.
Well that’s all in the past. As of this morning I have tickets. They are not quite as well placed as I should have liked, but they are good enough, so all things being equal, Furtle and I will be off on 2 July to see the man himself deliver some tasty blues with his Copper Bottom Band.
If you like the Blues and you haven’t had a listen, try his debut album, Let Them Talk. It’s pretty groovy stuff (Man).
