Being the quiz-slave that I am, I nicked this from [livejournal.com profile] nyarbaggytep.

It appears that I am:

a)

Linguistic Thinkers:
Tend to think in words, and like to use language to express complex ideas.
Are sensitive to the sounds and rhythms of words as well as their meanings.

Other Linguistic Thinkers include
William Shakespeare, Sylvia Plath, Anne Frank

Careers which suit Linguistic thinkers include
Journalist, Librarian, Salesperson, Proof-reader, Translator, Poet, Lyricist

and,

b)

Spatial Thinkers:
Tend to think in pictures, and can develop good mental models of the physical world.
Think well in three dimensions
Have a flair for working with objects

Other Spatial Thinkers include
Pablo Picasso, Michelangelo, Isambard Kingdom Brunel

Careers which suit Spatial Thinkers include
Mechanic, Photographer, Artist, Architect, Engineer, Builder, Set designer

This no doubt explains why I am generally in two minds about everything.

I notice, and not to my general surprise, that I find my career is not one of those listed as suitable.

So how d'you get to be two types of thinker? One's just about as much as I can manage, and that's on a good day.

This here thinker is apparently Interpersonal, but unlikely at this stage to be retraining as a childcare worker or drama teacher. Interesting quiz though. Pity they don't provide a cute graphic for one's LJ.
