caddymanI tell you, the Ostrich Biltong is much nicer than Beef Biltong.
Not as stringy for a start.
Mind you, it's not stopping me from scarfing the beef biltong like it's going out of fashion.
God, it's spicy. I wonder how spicy it would be if the old tongue wasn't deadened with nicotine...?
