I am not impressed.

Though lighter now than it was an hour past, the weather nonetheless continues to be all Brontë on me and a touch Wuthering, at that.

It is near on seven of the clock and I am stuck in the office without a hat, coat or brolly - though with all the lightning the lack of the latter is probably a blessing in disguise. Outside the weather continues tempestuous, though now it appears to have become a bit more Silas Marner than Mr Rochester.

I shall make a run for it.

I was delayed for an hour or so by a large queue of traffic. The source of the hold up being a flood beneath the railway bridge at Loughborugh Junction, above the wheel arches of the cars stuck there. Not what one expects from South London.

Its raining men!?
