has the explanation - however - people whose usernames are in the same sized font are largely likely to be friends with each other as well as with you. However, mcfnord, the creator of this, suggests that the real truth of the groupings has to be answered by you - after all, they're all friends.

With your map, for example, I'd suggest that the red tinge suggests LRP-connection, given the names involved. The yellow group at the bottom all know each other well in real life, and all know maisiecat also - she's in the same colour and font size as them even if she's not in the same place.

And so on ... by the way - if someone's username is in [square brackets] then they've already asked for a mind-map and you can click on their name to see it.
