Well, seven-and-a-half years on and that's that. The Buffyverse has concluded with the final episode of Angel, and we watched the download tonight around chez
romney.
An unexpected ending with a suitable moment of episodal goitre (LJ's passim)when Wesley got it in the neck and Ilya became Fred for a few moments.
>sniff...pass the snotty<
Most of the loose ends tied up - though not the robot demon pretending to be Wes' dad from earlier in the season. And the ending? I guess the moral is the fight against evil never ends.
Funny moment? Spike getting pissed in a rough bar to pluck up the courage to recite his terrible poetry. Classic.
Unexpected moment? Lorne's film noir exit.
So what am I going to watch now? There's only season 8 of SG-1 left to come. But something will turn up, no doubt.
