I have just polished off the pack of dried Apricots I bought earlier in the week and which I have been nibbling at ever since.
I shan't buy any more. The digestive effects are... startling.
That is all.

Oh dear.
Heh, reminds me of 'I'm Sorry I haven't A Clue' from a month or so ago:
Humph Littleton talking about a strong laxative as a cure for hiccups - "I gave it a go. Trust me, you'll find you get too scared to hiccup!"
Have a good evening :)

Tis the downside of starting to eat dried fruit a lot. But your body should adjust over time. Try drinking more water, especially when munching the froot. It should help.
Dried apricots are a mainstay of my snackage these days.

Yeah, you know you've eaten too many when you start speckling the bathroom wallpaper...
