After last week's fun with the torrents, they behaved impeccably this week and I managed to down load episode 3 over night.

Whilst Miss Furtle sleeps contentedly in the other room, I have just sat in front of my lappie (the desktop PC is deader than dead - no longer even trying to boot)and watched it. Things are moving a pace nicely and I rather envy those of you who have yet to watch it,because it's a corker. I can barely wait until next week's episode is out, though I remain baffled as to how they can keep up this level of drama week in, week out.

I would really love to froth about the bloody show, but I can't drop spoilers here. Suffice it to say that Battlestar Galactica remains the best TV SF I think I have ever seen. Damn it, it's amongst the best drama I've ever seen on TV.

Just go watch it, people.

This is another one of those shows I would watch if it didn't suffer from 'TV-randomitis'.

I have seen the odd one or two episodes but rarely had the chance to seem thm through as they are on one of the freeview channels and there fore are hard to pin down in the schedules - they get repeated too often and you never get to see the dratted things in order so you never get to follow what's going on or dissapointingly you catch a season two ep while they're repeating season one at another time in the day/week.

All too confusing to follow.....

Ghost Whisperer, Smallville, Supernatural, Lost, Galactica, Invasion....these all fall into the same gatagory.

CSI is the only thing I have been able to keep a track of.

Well I can lend you the pilot and seasons 1 & 2 on DVD.

As to the rest, broadband dear chap, broadband. Hit the torrents and throw your telly away.

Nope: it's better than >X-Files or Firefly as much as I love those shows. I already know you don't like BSG for some reason (you being only one of two people I know who don't like it!).

I've never watched Deadwood: that may well be better drama, but I only said BSG was amongst the best drama, not that it was the all-time top.

BTW: You don't know where Jenkins Bach is, do you? I need someone to lay healing hands on my no-longer-even-wish-to-pretend-to-boot-PC.

What's narking me the most, is that with my desk top PC out of action, I can't watch any of the LOST eps you brought around for me, and I was looking forward to catching up over the next couple of weeks.

Bugrit!
