It sounds like a management course mantra, doesn't it?
Most people who have a clerical or administrative career have been on these courses - the sort that cost your employer a small fortune and have no appreciable real world application, but look good on a curriculum vitae (or, in North America, a resumé). Maybe it is, or maybe it isn't. But it does prove that spam is not random. There is a masterplan there somewhere; spam is not randomly generated as we might have thought.
