Just to start (and mebbe finish) off:

Led Zeppelin
Classic rock! Without you the other genres
wouldn't exist! You are the raw and original
sound of rock! Other genres may try to imitate
your rawness, but they can never be like you!

What genre of rock are you?
brought to you by Quizilla

But where was the Prog?

Today I think I might have made a tactical error.

I disappeared downstairs to see Mrs Z, my Polish landlady, to pay my rent. That in and of itself is not the problem. It's the fact that it was early afternoon that precipitated the possibility of tactical difficulty.

You see, despite living upstairs from my landlady, our paths don't really cross all that much; and arrangement that generally suits us both, I think. I mean, I don't mind doing the odd job for her -she is 85 after all, or having an occasional chat, but really beyond that...

Anyway, although I bumped into her on Monday afternoon when [livejournal.com profile] boroshan popped round, I don't think she had appreciated that I've been off work all week. Of course, seeing me in the afternoon twice in one week started her talking. It appears that she's been a bit poorly too, and is on antibiotics. Anyway, the upshot of it is that by the time I got back from Sainsbury's, there was a tub full of homemade Polish tomato soup awaiting me.

This is a case of Ah, Bless, at the same time as just ARGH!

Mind you, it's nice soup.

Spicy.

Oh good grief.
